What when you don't know what to cook for dinner? Last night I dashed to the shops and bought a fresh tuna steak.
This pasta went down very well indeed. I have added olives, tomatoes, capers and plenty of olive oil for a very Mediterranean style fusilli. This is a light dish too.

Chop the onion finely and the thyme and fry it with two tbsp of olive oil until translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes, capers and olives, a pinch of salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tuna chopped in small pieces, 2 tbsp of olive oil and cook for another 3 minutes.
Cook the pasta al dente in salty water and add the sauce to it stirring it all well in.BUON APPETITO!
