It can be boring being in a traffic jam and we probably all experience it on a daily basis but what if instead of cars there were 100 goats passing by? There is not much discussion of who has right of way here. Move away and let these gorgeous animals pass by. As a child I used to love feeding goats and my grandmother use to keep them for their milk which is much more easy to digest than cows milk.
I love these photos which were taken by my sister when she was on holiday in Sicily. She had a great time there with delicious food and beautiful scenery. Sicily reminds me of my childhood holidays and I have fond memories of the Sicilian’s hospitality.
As it is quite hot right now wouldn’t you fancy a dip in a “swimming pool” like this? It is wonderful swimming in a sea with crystal clear water and where you can spot fish swimming nearby you.
Lucky sister having breakfast al fresco with such a view!
And of course, she had to send me this photo of Sicilian cannoli to make me even MORE jealous! How much I’d love to give this a bite!
It didn’t take long to decide that the next time I’ll be lucky enough to go on holiday, it will definitely be in Sicily!
what nice and amazing pictures of Sicilia an your sister. !
Sicily is so beautiful. Lovely photos. It makes me want to go back soon!!
My father was from Sicily, Alida and I have always wanted to travel there. I even understand Sicilian, although I can’t speak a word of it, lol…
Every now and again we can’t drive down the road because of either cows crossing or Amish buggies clip clopping down the road. I enjoy it most times:)
Gorgeous images. Your sister is so cute:)
Thank you so much for sharing…
Adoro la Sicilia come anche la Calabria per i loro posti meravigliosi! Complimenti per le foto che ha scattato tua sorella! Un abbraccio!
What a fabulous post! I’m green with envy as I sit at my desk, freezing on this winters day!
You make me miss my cousins in TRAPANI. THEY INTRODUCED ME TO LEMON GRANITa and fresh bread at breakfast. My LIPARI cousins eat the fruit for breakfast and the all love cannoli.
