Baci di Dama, Italian Lady’s Kisses

Time for something delicious, time for something romantic: time for Baci di Dama!
Italian Baci di Dama are crunchy little treats made with nuts, flour and butter and made to stick together with a kiss of dark chocolate.
They come originally from Tortona in Piemonte where the same recipe has been used for over 100 years.
A delicious treat, very easy to make and just so perfect for Valentines day!

I am entering my Baci di Dama into the weekly "Made with Love Mondays" hosted by Javelin Warrior.
This looks scrumptious are they similar to cream puff dough? They look like them a must try!
They are one of those classic Italian biscuits you want to try Claudia! Egg free and nutty, just so delicious!
These are so cute, Alida! And I love how simple they are to make. The nuts are a tasty bonus with the chocolate. I can’t believe I’ve never seen these before… Thanks so much for sharing!
Hi Alida, the cookie dough reminds me of the cookies dough we use for our Chinese New Year cookies. Love the almonds in the cookies. And the chocolate makes it so luscious.
So petite and adorable!
